As per the decision made during The BTLA general meeting on 13th Dec 2018,legal tour to south Indian Tibetan diaspora was one among many Project concludedto embark before the term ends and highly emphasis were given and common needwas felt to spread legal knowledge and ideas among and between Tibetancommunities.
Mr Lobsang Dakpa, (Tibetan Lawyer) is the President of TLA, a member of Tibetan Parliament in Exile and the secretary of International Tibet-China pen Association, he is with an LLM degree in corporate law from Christ University, Bangalore.
On 9th of April 2019, Tibetan Legal Association invited Indian Advocate Mr. Yogesh and his colleagues to TLA office, had a meaningful legal discussion with TLA president Mr. Lobsang Dakpa and the Secretary Ms. Tenzin Dechen.
