Tibetan Legal Association appoints Ms. Tenzin Dechen la as the new advocate on 18th March 2019.
Ms. Dechen la did her B.com in Shriram College of Commerce in Delhi, she did her LL.B in Faculty Of Law in 2014, after graduation, she joint Human Rights Law Net work based in New Delhi, the capital city of India. She worked on Refugee Rights, women’s right’s ,prisoner’s rights and health rights .
