The president of Tibetan Legal Association Mr. Lobsang Dakpa met over 35 Chinese delegates on 12th and 13th of this month. Discuss the legal issues of Tibetans inside the Tibet.
He explained the different legal problems facing by the Tibetans inside Tibet under Chinese communist rule in Tibet, those Chinese scholars expressed their concern on Tibetans inside Tibet, and also promise to rise those issues in Chinese Communities around the world.
Mr. Lobsang Dakpa also urges Chinese scholars to appeal Chinese government to enhance the Human rights condition in Tibet, make sure that Tibetans can enjoy all rights that China has written in their own constitution.
