Mr. Tenzin Kunsel, 4th year and Mr. Kalsang Rabgyal, 3rd year Law students from CMR Law School in Bangaluru under the Karnataka State Law Universities, are interning with the Office of Tibetan Legal Association. Apart from learning about the Procedural Legal System and know how, they are assigned with the review work on the draft of proposed ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplaces’ Statute of India 2013 in consonant with the Tibetan establishments in exile.
And they are also researching on ‘Legal Developments in Exile and Critical Analysis of Central Tibetan Administration’s education Policies relating to Legal Studies’.
