Delhi High Court adjourns hearing plea challenging reservation of private ICU beds for Covid-19 patients

The Delhi High Court has adjourned the hearing on a plea filed by the Association of Healthcare Providers challenging the order of the Delhi Government reserving 80% ICU beds in 33 Private Hospitals. The Petitioner Association of Healthcare Providers seeks time to assess govt order mandating 25% reservation in hospitals having 100 beds.

Supreme Court gives go-ahead to IIMC Delhi to build new buildings for academic block, hostels

The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New JNU Campus to go ahead with the construction of a new building for the Academic Block, Hostel Block and Guest House with the approval to cut 29 trees by the Central Empowering Committee (CEC) for the said construction.
