On 9th of April 2019, Tibetan Legal Association invited Indian Advocate Mr. Yogesh and his colleagues to TLA office, had a meaningful legal discussion with TLA president Mr. Lobsang Dakpa and the Secretary Ms. Tenzin Dechen.
They have discussed some of the most recent and unsolved cases , TLA also took advices from Mr.Yogesh for these cases.
