On dated 8th May, 2018 Mr. Yeshy T. Sotrug, State Secretariat for Migration, Federal Department of Justice and Police (Switzerland) accompanied by Mr. Tenzin Dhargyal (Dept. of security CTA) paid visit to the office of Tibetan Legal Association.
Mr. Yeshy T. Sotrug and Mr. Kunsang Topden, Counsel for Tibetan Legal Association discussed upon various procedural methods of Tibetans acquiring Marriage and Birth certificate, along with the ground level status of Tibetans here in India.
It was a brief yet successful meeting of the state Migration officer Mr. Yeshy T. Sotrug with the office of Tibetan Legal Association and has managed to appraise various issues concerning Tibetans here in India and plights of Tibetans who are applying for asylum in Switzerland.
