Online R.C registration must be done before 30th September 2018. As per the issue raised by the Centre Tibetan Administration, the respected Home Minister of India has extended the deadline of online R.C registration till 30th September 2018.
For the purpose of collecting a comprehensive database of the Tibetan migrants, the Indian Government had previously ordered all the Tibetans to finish online registration of Residential / Registration Certificate R.C by March 2018. But due to many difficulties faced by the Tibetans, the previous deadline has been extended till 30th September. Within the span of four months every Tibetan migrants must have done online registration of their R.C to the respective FFRO/FRO whether their R.C is expired before the due date or not. An official notice from the CTA has urged all the Tibetans to thoroughly follow the instructions on this matter and requested them to finish their online R.C registration before the deadline.
