Legal aid and awareness becomes a crucial part of the system in today’s society. With immense growth & change in and around us, the need and requirement of steady legal awareness becomes urgently necessary. To commemorate International Women’s Day, TLA has opened a FREE LEGAL AID CELL for Tibetan Women and Children every Friday. The Legal cell will operate every Friday where a licensed lawyer will provide free legal counselling sessions for women and children who are survivors of violences and abuses, and if required, support in filing formal police complaints. TLA also provides additional support in counselling from a professional therapist.
