Tibetan Law Student enjoys their internship program

To provide internship forum to tibetan law students is one of the main objectives of  Tibetan Legal Association, therefore, different law students from different colleges are coming to TLA,do their internship training program during their holidays. This time, Ms. Tenzin Dolkar and Ms. Choesang Lhamo from CMR law school came to do their internship.

 The grassroots nitty-gritty functioning of our judicial system rests on our lower courts. They are a fantastic and humongous unit of our justice delivery system. With such believe, our two intern Ms. Choesang Lhamo and Ms. Tenzin Dolkar from CMR Law College successfully completed their few days of Court visit to the office and Court halls of Honorable Executive Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, District Consumer Forum and Session & District Courts here in Dharamsala, which is part of their month long internship programme at the office of Tibetan Legal Association, they also interacted with indian local Advocate Mr.Jitender Rana and Ms.Yogesh Sharma ji, discussed various issues about legal procedures and all.

They also learn Tibetan laws and its legal structures, at the same time they have learnt how to draft affidavit, sell deal, rental agreement and so on. under the instruction of Ms. Sonam Bhuti, the accountant of TLA, they learnt how to fill up RC and IC online forms.

During their one month internship, they have done so many things that they could not do in their college.
