On April 26th 2023, President T.Dechen took part as the panel for the webinar on “Examining Human Rights and International Crimes in Tibet”, organised by the International Criminal Law Committee of American Bar Association International Law Section and Global Alliance for Tibet and Persecuted Minorities.
