Although it has been just ten months since the opening of the office of Tibetan Legal Association, the Tibetans, Tibetan supporters and foreigners who support cause of Tibet shows interest and concern. It is all because of the hard work of staff of TLA and its results solving the legal issues of Tibetans successfully.
The Tibetan society has the notion that sexual violence is undoubtedly an unlawful act of violence. Therefore, a heinous crime as such is never hidden or compromised. Furthmore, victims of sexual violence have legal agency and are protected by the Supreme Court of India.
