Mr. Tsering Choephel who has completed BA.LLB from JSS Law College, Mysore and further pursued LL.M (Master in Comparative law) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi has joined Tibetan Legal Association office as a new volunteer. He has specialized international law on various subjects including human rights and humanitarian law, refugee law, air and space law, law of treaty, law of women and child rights and etc. Hence, we cordially welcome and appreciate in rendering volunteer service by him.
