Tibetan Legal Association’s President T. Dechen and Legal Officer T. Dolkar participated in Mediation Training Workshop at India Habitat Center, Delhi, organised by Bettering Result and Knowledge Partner Manupatra.
Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution in which parties resolve their dispute with the help of an impartial neutral third party to negotiate a settlement without going to a trial. Mediation can opt in a dispute in the domain such as commercial, legal, diplomatic, workplace, community and family matters.
