Tibetan Legal Association(TLA) was formed in 2013 under the guidance of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, got registered in Kanataka State under the Karnataka Society Registration Act in 2014, the head quarter is located at Dharamsala, India. TLA is mainly for creating legal awareness among Tibetan communities, to solve legal problems they are facing.
