The Tibetan Legal Association, in partnership with the Tibet Fund, will be releasing a monthly short legal awareness video focusing on topics relevant to our community. The goal of these videos is to provide legal knowledge to the Tibetan people through convenient, concise videos. Lack of legal awareness has led to unresolved issues, making it essential for everyone to have basic legal knowledge.
For the month of March, we have released a short animated video addressing the ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act (POSH Act)’. The video aims to raise awareness about sexual harassment in the workplace and emphasize the importance of establishing an Internal Committee (IC) within the workplace.
