TLA sanctioned “TWO DAYS MENSTRUAL PAIN LEAVE” every month to their women employees.

The Office of the Tibetan Legal Association had sanctioned a “two days Menstrual pain leave” to their female employees since March 2023 commemorating International Women’s Day.
