On February 21, 2025, TLA, in collaboration with the Women Empowerment Desk (WED) of the CTA, conducted a legal workshop for the community of Norgyeling Tibetan Settlement in Bhandara. The workshop focused on issues pertaining to crimes against women, including the Domestic Violence Act, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and the process of filing a First Information Report (FIR). The session welcomed participants from both camps and concluded with an informative question-and-answer segment. The speakers were Ms Tenzin Dolkar, Mr Yargyal and Mr Jampa Wangchuk.
