Lawyer Mr.Lobsang Dakpa at the auditorium of Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, Dharamsala on 3rd March 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As requested by\u00a0 the Naglha Editorial Office, \u00a0the \u00a0Tibetan Legal Association had conducted a legal awareness program to the\u00a0 students of the Nagshoe\u00a0 Dokham\u00a0 Driru.\u00a0 \u00a0The TLA President Mr Lobsang Dakpa, and Lawyer Mr Kunsang\u00a0 Topden,\u00a0 Legal Staff Ms Dickyi Peldon, and Ms Yama Choezom had \u00a0given talk on the specific legal subjects, at the auditorium of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, on 3rd March, 2017.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Legal awareness program was conduc<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" 4.30pm with the attendance of\u00a0 approximately \u00a0twenty Tibetan people, including monks and nuns and the students of College of Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The topics include, Rights of Tibetans (foreigners) under Indian Constitution, importance of personal documents such as Registration Certificate(RC) and Identity Certificate (IC), kinds of offences under Indian Penal Code, hierarchy of courts, legal system in India, the legal framework of People&#8217;s Republic of China, followed by question-answer session.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced
