Tibetan Conflict Resolution (TCR) Project of Dr. Tamara with London School of Economics<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description: \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>To interview\u00a0the Tibetan people in any part of India \u00a0or Nepal \u00a0with regard to the conflicts or the conflict resolution process they have undergone in \u00a0the past.<\/p>\n

The interviews must be with Settlement Officers and \u00a0Camp Leaders, and Tibetan Lawyers, \u00a0Lamas, NGO’s, Elders, or \u00a0Tibetan Justice Commissioner \u00a0who is involved or assisted \u00a0in the Conflict Resolution process \u00a0 \u00a0OR \u00a0 \u00a0 any Tibetan \u00a0who have gone through any type of conflict and got the matter interfered by the camp leader, village people, Settlement officer, leaders, Lamas \u00a0or NGO’s, or Justice commission.<\/p>\n

(For example: \u00a0Mediation \u00a0by elders, camp leaders, \u00a0Settlement officer, Lamas, Rinpoches, NGO’s \u00a0, \u00a0Tibetan Justice System \u00a0or \u00a0formal justice process including police and courts) in Tibet, India, Nepal or Bhutan.<\/p>\n

Apart from Interview, \u00a0one \u00a0can also record the proceedings of \u00a0the Mediation \u00a0before the \u00a0Elders, Camp leader, NGO’s, \u00a0Lamas, Monks, \u00a0or \u00a0to record the meetings between the settlement officer and the parties in \u00a0a dispute or problem.<\/p>\n

There are two sets of Questions – One for the Judges\/Mediators and other for the parties\/witness\/lawyers \/general public involved in the dispute.<\/p>\n
