In order to better help and serve Tibetans in exile, it established an office in Dharamsala in 2015 and has helped hundreds of Tibetans for free so far. At the same time, we visited various Tibetan settlements . provided legal awareness programs to more than 5,000 Tibetans.<!--more--> It has provided internship and training opportunities for many Tibetan law students, and trained a number of judges and staff members for the exile Tibetan judicial. The office staff were given the opportunity to meet His Holiness the Dalai Lama twice, and were highly praised and encouraged by His Holiness.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the Covid pandemic, the association is facing the crisis of shortage of funds, unable to pay salaries to staff members, \u00a0is in the most difficult time. When we needed help the most, His Eminence Lelung Rinpoche and Lelung Dharma trust helped us in solving the problems by sponsoring our office rent for a year, which was like a plenty of water in thirsty .
